While at less than 6 kilograms in weight, our characters have 100 stamina. Below are the regeneration times of stamina per second and how long it takes to go from 0 stamina to 100 stamina in difference stances:


While Jogging = 4.87/s or 20.5s

While Walking = 6.89/s or 14.5s

While Standing Idle = 8/s or 12.5s

While Crouched Walking = 6.89/s or 14.5s

While Crouching Idle = 8/s or 12.5s

While Prone Crawling = 6.89/s or 14.5s

While Prone Idling = 8/s or 12.5s



This makes remaining still the best method to regen stamina at 8 stamina per second, or taking 12.5 seconds to regen fully from 0. Laying, crouching or standing still makes no difference.



Note: Face masks don't impact these regeneration times, but gas masks with filters reduce regen speeds by 50% while worn.
