By placing a car door, hood or trunk under one of the wheels of a vehicle, you can push the vehicle above that door/hood/trunk by getting into the drivers seat.
This can be used to flip vehicles too by using the same technique and throwing an item at the vehicle. However, this may take several attempts depending on how stuck the vehicle is.
