In this video, we address whether or not foot wraps are still useful, the fastest methods to travel on foot, how much being heavy affects our characters over long distance travel, and how to easily calculate the time it takes to run anywhere in DayZ. We determined that footwraps are still useful, but their durability has been reduced and their sound has been amplified. Traveling by vehicle is the fastest option, but if you don't have one, make sure you have at least 20% maximum stamina and don't carry anything two-handed. This allows you to go at speeds of up to 20 kilometers per hour, or one kilometer every three minutes of sprinting and jogging.
