On Chernarus, following powerlines will always lead you to a large town, making them useful as a navigation tool.
They are also very useful on Livonia, as the 2 powerlines on Livonia lead to the same location from the edge of the map.
From the north-east side of the map, if you follow the powerline, you will get to Karlin industrial area where it ends, which is right next to Yellow King Castle.
From the west side of the map, if you follow the powerline, you will get to Karlin industrial area where it ends also.
As long as you are not heading north-east or west along a powerline, you will get to Yellow King Castle.
