If you've done and broke your leg and have no way to patch it up, it will heal in 30 minutes on its own. The best way to travel during this time is be holding the walk button and standing up right. You will look like a drunken sailer, but this is the fastest method of travel with no splint and doesn't cause any shock damage or slow down the healing rate.
