Gas poisoning and bloody hands
DayZ Tip
If you have gas poisoning and don't want to wash the bloody hands you will get every 50 seconds, you can hold your hands up as if you are preparing to punch to avoid getting bloody hands during a cough.
However, this won't stop the sound of the cough or the amount of blood that is drained per cough(-50 blood).
